supervise and help the sales executives to follow all the orders correctly and ensure the on time shipment to customers all over the world (take care of all order details Lacoste POLO Shirts , pass on the order information to Production Control Dept., keep customers informed about the order process situation, make judgments on small details). Work closely with other departments like Lacoste Polo Shirts, QC, Manufacturing and R&D etc. to solve the problems occurred during the manufacture process (team work needed here). All the correspondences about the orders sent to the overseas customers were all under my name in this company.
Go to HK to visit customers, present new products, take orders and collect the advices or opinions from customers about our products and service. Take actions to improve our products and service accordingly. In charge of the arrangements whenever foreign customers come to visit the headquarter/factory in Zhuhai, take them for a factory tour to introduce the manufacture process etc.. Have meeting with customers and follow the relevant orders and other detailed requests. Attend the annual International Watch Fair in Basel, Switzerland and HK as the sales representative/Ralph Lauren Polo shirts. Also attended the Dubai Watch Fair in U.A.E in 2000.
Lead 12 members of the department to fulfil all the sales and customer service work in the company. In charge of the administration management of the Sales Department, including looking for the qualified candidates and training the new staff etc. going to the Man power resource market to interview the candidates of sales, artists and clerks. Scheme the salary plan, arrange the training courses and evaluate the work performances of the staff.
Reporting directly to the Vice President (native English speaker) who’s in charge of the overseas Sales and Marketing, I collected and provided all the necessary information he needed, reported to him on daily basis by e-mail or phone call when he was in the States, HK etc. and took action according to his instructions.
